The City of Parramatta Council is overseeing an unprecedented wave of public and private investment, including $5.5 billion worth of building projects
(link). The council has released images and video footage showing 30 major building projects – each at varying stages of development – that are set to transform the city’s core in the next 10 years to 2030.
Charter Hall and Western Sydney University have secured approval for the first stage of their $350 million Innovation Quarter precinct at Westmead in Western Sydney (link). They will press ahead with construction and expect practical completion of the Innovation Quarter by late 2021.
